Redefining Beauty: Meet Beth E.
Meet Beth - another long time Trusst customer, who was introduced to our brand by a friend who brought her to a pop up store in 2016. As a mother of two who are now out of the house, Beth has been through her fair share of bra trials...and was overjoyed to discover the Trusst brand. Not only are Trusst bras much more comfortable, and reduce her back strain, but Beth also says, “when you put on a Trusst bra, and you’re supported, when my clothes on I feel better about entering the doorway than I did before.” Cheers to that!
Beth is the fifth customer we are featuring through our Redefining Beauty campaign. Like others, Beth challenges the traditional perceptions of what beauty is and what it stands for. To redefine beauty means to express yourself - however it resonates to you in your life.
We photographed Beth at her house in Pittsburgh - she moved there when she was pregnant with her youngest child, and has seen the “best and the worst” in that house. Beth took 15 years to raise her children, and told us that now that they’re out of the house, she’s at the stage where she’s starting her next phase of life...where she’s starting to find all of these things that help her become “me” again. Beth is an entrepreneur - she works for a skincare company, a dental office, and is currently doing all the things she always wanted to do - pilates, knitting, engaging more with the community, and she’s loving it.

Trusst: What is your favorite thing about Trusst?
Beth: That it’s a women-driven company - I just think that’s the most fantastic thing ever. And that it’s local. Trusst defines embracing yourself and embracing your body, and feeling good about who you are. This consistently seems to be Trusst’s mission throughout everything - they want women to feel good.
Trusst: What do you feel defines beauty for you?
Beth: Beauty is being comfortable with who you are, and with the world around you, and giving to the world around you and to yourself.
Trusst was founded by women who challenged the traditional stereotypes of bra design - through engineering, physics, and product design that is not typically seen in the lingerie industry. However, that passion for challenge extends further than just through design; it resonates in the way you live your life as well as the way you perceive yourself and others around you.
We will continue to share stories of other women like Beth who are redefining beauty. And we welcome you to share yours as well! Email us at email@example.com or share photos and tag us with #trusstyourself and #redefiningbeauty and we’ll feature you in an upcoming blog post.
Thanks for all of YOUR support of our brand and mission - we wouldn’t be here without you.
