Changing your work space does not need to take a ton of time or money. Try adding some new photos, a pop color, or some greenery into your space! This will freshen up your work space and help you to feel energized throughout the day.
Calm Your Mind and Body While Keeping Up Energy

Whether that be standing up, taking a small lap outside, or assess the progress you have made in your day thus far-- any bit of movement or mental break throughout the day will help with your overall energy. Take time to ask yourself the following questions: Are you moving at a strong pace? Are your relaxed? Are you being productive? This will help you to refocus your thoughts and energy.
Try checking up on your to-do lists at the top of each hour, and begin to take note of your body language and posture at this very moment. Are you sitting in an upright position, or hunched over? Are you tense or relaxed? When was the last time you drank water or took a 10 minute break? Asking yourself these simple questions every hour will help you stay on track with your goals.
